Environmental protection is a historical commitment of Kaliop and is at the heart of our daily work.
Here are somes of our actions:
- At Kaliop: selective waste sorting and sharing of good energy reduction practices through the organisation of “Zero Waste” workshops, or the use of green electricity and the limitation of business travel thanks to our teleworking charter.
- With our customers’ premises: possibility of integrating an eco-design and web accessibility approach into their projects thanks to our trained and certified experts.
- Carrying out a carbon assessment in order to identify our sources of consumption and implement corrective measures while involving our employees.
Social
Kaliop has made openness one of its core values, giving everyone a chance without discrimination and placing kindness at the heart of its relationships.
Here are somes of our actions:
- Contribution to sustainable employment with 90% of permanent contracts
- Contribution to professional integration with 21 work-study hires
- Multiplication of training courses to ensure the development of skills and employability of our employees
- Monitoring the social climate through a monthly internal barometer
- Encourage the feminization of digital professions through the presentation of our professions to promotions of girls, the animation of a meet-up by our employees on the place of women in tech, etc.
